Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy and love their products. Please be aware of the following return policy.

Damaged or Faulty Products

All products are thoroughly checked before being packaged and sent to you. Refunds are only issued if the item is deemed damaged or faulty. Products must be returned in unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered condition with tags attached. Items must be returned within 5 days, including original packaging (any boxes, garment bags and other signature packaging materials). In the instance of damaged, faulty or if incorrect items are received Welcome to Country will provide pre paid return postage.

All sale items are final, no return, exchange or refund.

Refund Policy

We do not refund for change of mind. At our discretion we may allow items to be exchanged provided the original purchased goods are returned in unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition with original packaging (any boxes, garment bags and other signature packaging materials) and tags attached. Items must be returned within 5 days. Under no circumstances will a store credit note be provide for change of mind purchases.

The cost of postage to return a product is the customers responsibility. We strongly recommend obtaining postage with tracking information as we accept no liability for items that go missing in transit.

For orders officially deemed ‘lost’ by Australia Post customers will be offered a store credit for the value of the order. Orders will not be refunded or replaced.
